We are pleased to announce the placement of Blair Baker as Vice President, Product Management at NextGxDx, an incredibly innovative genetics testing software business, based in Nashville, TN. Mr. Baker was recruited to NextGxDx from Medhost where he served as Vice President, Product Strategy.
At Medhost, Mr. Baker led the innovation of new healthcare consumer based products where he was responsible for 72 products and $280M in revenue. While at Medhost, Mr. Baker expanded the patient engagement solution into a consumer based offering to include educational content, hospital branding, wellness tracking and disease management. His patient engagement solution was ranked second in the market only behind Epic. Previous to his role at Medhost, Mr. Baker served as Senior Director, Product Strategy at Emdeon and a Director of Implementation and Payer Connectivity at RelayHealth.
At NextGxDx, Mr. Baker will be responsible for defining product offerings and go-to-market strategy for the genetics testing software business. Mr. Baker holds a BA in Mass Communications/Media Studies from Indiana University. He resides in Nashville, TN.
