We are pleased to announce the placement of Gina Marcoff as VP, Training at Zippy’s Restaurants.
Gina is an impressive leader of training and development, having implemented and developed training programs and departments during long tenures with Outback Steakhouse from 1994 – 2011 and Pei Wei Asian Diner from 2011 – 2015. She joined Outback as they opened their 200th restaurant and led and built training teams as they aggressively grew to 880 domestic and 250 international Outback restaurants.
She authored and administered strategic training programs to over 75,000 team members at all levels. Gina has a unique ability to communicate and teach all ages, levels and functional areas. She is a strategic, big-picture thinker with a passion for people and hospitality. She combines world-class leadership with high standards and expectations to transform cultures, build talent infrastructure and engage employees. Marcoff received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Cleveland State University.
