Pam brings an impressive background building and leading both distributed and co-located, cross functional agile teams of full stack developers for leading, global software companies. She comes to Growers from Lexis Nexis where she served as Director of Software Engineering for their global product platform business. Prior to Lexis, Pam served as Director of Software Engineering at Dude Solutions where she led 12 engineering teams across three countries and prior to that spent 5 years as a Senior Director of Software Engineering at Peoplefluent.
