We are pleased to announce the placement of Mimi Elsayd as Global Head of Total Rewards at Axiom Law in New York, NY. Ms. Elsayd was recruited to Axiom Law from Horizon Media where she served as Vice President, Total Rewards and Wellness.
At Horizon Media, Ms. Elsayd was responsible for HRIS, benefits, compensation, wellness, compliance and payroll for the company. Prior to her role at Horizon Media, she served as Corporate Vice President, Compensation at New York Life Insurance Company and as Director, Compensation at NBC Universal.
At Axiom Law, Ms. Elsayd will be responsible for playing a crucial role in developing, maintaining and growing the company's comprehensive total rewards policy. She will manage a global team across compensation, benefits, HRIS, employee relations and HR support. Ms. Elsayd holds a BA in Psychology and Sociology from Long Island University. She resides in New York, NY.
