We are pleased to announce the placement of Roxann Erxleben as SVP, Client Service Innovation at Axiom Law. Erxleben will be based out of Axiom's Chicago, IL office.
Prior to joining Axiom Law, Erxleben served as Managing Director, BPO Services at Accenture in Chicago, where she was responsible for fulfilling a critical role managing delivery processes and implementing new programs for continuous improvement and innovation. Erxleben had a very successful 25+ year career at Accenture.
At Axiom Law, Erxleben will be responsbile for strategic and operational leadership across the company's global delivery network in the areas of Reporting and Analytics, Training, Continuous Improvement, Methodology, and Service Operations. Erxleben received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois.
