We are pleased to announce the placement of Travis Ousley as Director, Global Talent Acquisition at Axiom Law. Ousley will be based out of Axiom Law's New York, NY office.
Prior to joining Axiom Law, Ousley served as a Senior Director, Talent Acquisition at The College Board where he was responsible for managing the full life cycle of the hiring and selection process for professional and managerial positions, including searches for senior management staff. Previous to that, Ousley served as a Director, Talent Acquisition at Managed By Q and a Director, Talent Pipeline at Blue Engine.
At Axiom Law, Ousley will be responsible for leading all commercial hiring for Axiom globally and will personally recruit 20 - 30 positions and manage/develop a global team of high-performing recruiters. Ousley received a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education & Communications from Ohio University.
