Zippy’s, an iconic restaurant chain with 24 stores across the Hawaiian Islands has tapped Jennifer to lead the company’s first foray into the Las Vegas regional market. Jennifer has spent the last twenty-two years as a Director of Operations for Denny’s with responsibility for staffing and growing 30+ restaurants in the Last Vegas area.
