We are pleased to announce the placement of Anthony Mejia as Vice President of IT at Zippy’s, an iconic, Honolulu, HI based restaurant chain. This marks our fifth C-level placement at Zippy’s.
Anthony joins Zippy’s from Pieology where he served as Vice President of Technology. He has 20 years of experience leading and growing IT organizations for three successful and growing restaurant chains including BJ’s restaurants, Lazy Dog Restaurants, and Pieology. Anthony has deep experience leading IT teams responsible for all IT management with significant depth in implementing data management and business analytics and intelligence solutions which will be a primary responsibility at Zippy’s.
